Located in Aveiro's city center, The Light Home villa rises over 3 floors. With a 3-bedroom typology and large spaces, the light that floods the whole house comes from the large windows and skylights, making it a haven in the city center.
An element that runs throughout the house, light is the highlight of The Light Home.
The naming reflects the intimacy in the form of light, comfort and sophistication that the house offers.
EDITORIAL
The Light Home Commercial Notebook shows the comfort, privacy and modern architecture of the house.
Inspired by the concept created for the house, the presence of light is a constant. Colors and pictures reflect this premise, which is detailed through the topics “location”, “lifestyle” and “building”.
The privileged location is also a reference in this brochure, which also shows the comfortable and urban lifestyle offered by The Light Home.

3D modeling
From concept to reality
The Light Home's 3D modeling project was based on the existing floor plan and finishings map.
In this 3-bedroom house, natural light reigns, enhancing the straight lines and minimalist materials such as pine and wood slats.
Through a meticulous process, every detail has been planned down to the last detail. Light tones and green elements are combined to give color and life to the images of the house. The large windows and spaces reflect modernity, comfort and functionality.
