Arquitetonicamente diferente, o Convexo é um novo marco na paisagem da principal avenida da cidade de Aveiro. À sua forma irregular deve o seu nome. Das varandas angulares surge a referência aos ângulos convexos, inferiores a 180º e onde o interior é maior do que o exterior. De olhos postos na cidade, o naming ganha força com a letra “v” posicionada no centro da palavra, tal como o edifício que se localiza no centro da avenida Dr. Loureço Peixinho.

Difference - Between the Estuary and the Sea

More than just a beach house. This is the idea behind the Difference apartments and the theme of the building's commercial video. Designed to be a whole-year home, Difference stands out for its Ponto Urbano construction quality. This is combined with the possibility of adopting a more peaceful lifestyle, complemented by its location between the estuary and the sea.
The commercial video reflects this way of life, narrated through a welcoming and engaging voice-over that takes the viewer on a journey through the experiences of Vagueira. Here, the estuary, the sea, nature, culture and tradition are enjoyed by three different generations. Together, they convey the true experience of living in such a peaceful place.
