The history of São João da Madeira in one building
In the heart of São João da Madeira rises Páteo 1896, Ponto Urbano's first residential building in the city. With 30 apartments, from 1 to 3 bedrooms, Páteo 1896 stands out for its swimming pool and large outdoor garden, for the exclusive use of its residents.
The history of São João da Madeira, especially the person of João da Silva Correia, was the motto for the construction of the project's identity, concept and naming. In addition, 3D modeling of the interiors and exteriors was carried out.

NAMING
A haven of tradition and legacy
From the legacy of São João da Madeira comes the memory of João da Silva Correia. Born on May 8, 1896, he was a writer, journalist, industrial worker and merchant. Considered one of the city's “patrons”, he lent his date of birth to the name of the first Ponto Urbano building in São João da Madeira. In addition to 1896, there is the reference to the patios, which are the usual places for socializing and which in this project reflect the “private condominium” style that it offers its residents. Páteo 1896 is thus a haven of tradition and legacy created from a concept based on the history of the city and one of the personalities who most marked it.
