Foz de Prata: The new face of Aveiro
Inspired by the surrounding nature, the Foz de Prata enterprise brings 9 new residential, commercial and service buildings to the city of Aveiro, including a hotel.
Built next to the estuary, Foz de Prata is a project with sustainable certification, one of the foundations of this development's concept.
With an identity based on the fauna, flora and culture of Aveiro, it is shaped by minimalist lines and a geometry that reflects the presence of Art Nouveau. Foz de Prata reveals itself to the city with this identity, which crosses all of the allotment's communication.
NAMING
The estuary and nature as an inspiration
We unite the Foz of our estuary with the Prata of our coast. And so Foz de Prata was born, in honor of one of the postcards of the city of Aveiro.
Influenced by the nature that marks Aveiro's landscape, this project merges with it and gives life to a unique new ecosystem. Here, new buildings are born, inspired by the natural side of the city. From Ethula to Laria, each one shows the diversity of Aveiro's fauna and flora, through names and symbols sketched in a fine, minimalist line.
EDITORIAL
Designed to be distinctive pieces of communication, the Foz de Prata brochures are in line with the enterprise's sustainable concept.
Produced on recycled paper with FSC Forest Management Certification, the newspaper format brochures reveal all the information about Foz de Prata and each one of the first 5 lots.
Like the brochures, the transport case is also made from recycled card.

The singular essence of a new lifestyle
From the beginning of life to Foz de Prata. It is through this narrative that the institutional video reveals the enterprise to the viewer.
Nature, architecture and the city are linked together as the motto of a concept that is uncovered every second through images of the streets, the estuary and the fauna and flora of Aveiro.
On the way to a place with a soul, the video is in line with the rest of the communication media and reflects the unique essence of the new lifestyle that Foz de Prata brings to the city.
Over the course of almost three minutes, a new face of Aveiro takes shape and comes to life, through a sustainable architectural vision, outlined by the minimalist features characteristic of the allotment's identity.
Launch event
Foz de Prata event: a showcase for nature and the future
With the Aveiro estuary on the horizon and on the site of the future Foz de Prata, the launch event for the project was the starting point of its promotion. The moment brought together a number of personalities who wanted to ally themselves with the biggest real estate investment in Aveiro in recent years.
In a reference to the Foz de Prata concept, nature was extended to the inside of the event space through the use of various plants and wooden sculptures. The event was organized and produced by Invisual Branding Solutions.
