At the epicenter of urban life
Located on the main avenue of the city of Aveiro, Avenida Dr. Lourenço Peixinho, Convexo is a building that combines housing and commerce.
Each floor has one apartment, either a three-bedroom or three-bedroom duplex, and at street level there is a commercial space.
With a façade based on convex angles, it was the inspiration for creating Convexo's identity and concept. This project involved creating the name, a presentation, 3D modelling and posts for Rerum's social media.
An urban retreat with modern design
NAMING
With eyes on the city
Architecturally distinctive, Convexo is a new landmark on the main avenue of the city of Aveiro. Its name derives from its irregular shape. The angular balconies refer to convex angles, less than 180º, where the interior is larger than the exterior. With its eyes on the city, the naming gains strength with the letter “v” positioned in the center of the word, just like the building located in the center of Dr. Loureço Peixinho Avenue.
DESIGN 3D
Architecturally different
Based on the plans and finishings map for Convexo, the 3D project was created. From the initial sketches, a unique building was born, both inside and out. With one apartment per floor, Convexo's lines reveal a modern building that blends into the city. In this modeling process, every detail was designed to give Convexo an elegant image that is representative of what it will actually be.
